I led innovation process to conduct in-depth research and ideation, resulting in upgrading P&G’s entire Gain brand with longer lasting scent, and in turn, more joy throughout the day to the brand’s users. This product innovation became Gain’s largest initiative in its history, delivering over US$50 million in value. Total sales crossed the US$1 billion threshold.

As the business owner for Mr. Clean North America All Purpose Cleaners with P/L responsibilities, $100m brand, I helped research and create new consumer segmentation and brand positioning to redefine the classic brand icon.
