Kaii Tu is a product designer whose work blending analytical thinking and craft reaches across boundaries: from furniture and consumer products in market today, to interactive experiences and systems of tomorrow.

For nearly 7 years, Kaii designed for Hayon Studio in Spain, the renowned luxury and lifestyle design consultancy headed by Jaime Hayon. There, Kaii led relationships for a global roster of clients in Europe and Asia including in the furniture, home products, hospitality, and mobility sectors. He has also led his independent consulting practice, collaborating with startups and multinational corporations alike, applying design strategy, industrial design, and disciplined business building tools to stepchange innovation culture and results

Kaii graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in Visual and Environmental Studies, where he was awarded the Lenore Wilson Prize.  He joined Procter & Gamble after graduating, rising to be one of the youngest Brand Managers in the company. At P&G he honed his skills in product, packaging, and digital innovation, delivering over $100 million in new products and experiences.

Kaii continued his design studies at the prestigious Design Academy Eindhoven in the Netherlands (Propedeuse) and California College of the Arts, graduating with High Distinction.  He was subsequently awarded the Windgate Fellowship for emerging designers, one of the largest awards in art and design in the United States.  He has exhibited nationally, including the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) in New York, NeoCon in Chicago, and San Francisco Design Week, and has received international press accolades from Dwell and Fast Company, among others.

Kaii speaks English, Spanish, and Chinese.
